EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL FATIGUE

Dental Office: “Good morning, this is Dr. Spongklong‘s office. How may I help you?”
Patient: “Yes, it’s Perfecto Mahusay. I’d like to cancel my appointment for today.”
Dental Office: “I’m sorry to hear that. May I ask why you’re canceling?”
Patient: “I have this awful toothache!”

This comes to us most of the time.

Dala ito ng sobrant trabaho, poor sleep, an unhealthy diet, adrenal fatigue, thyroid and hormone imbalances, medication side effects, pagaalala o kalungkutan, experiencing an overall lack of meaning to life and the list goes on!

If you wake up tired in the morning but get going as the day progresses, it’s worth exploring your emotional concerns.

This kind of fatigue could point to a spiritual foundation — an overall lack of meaning and fulfillment. It could also mean lack of focus in life.

Do this for at least 5 minutes.

Research has suggested that this kind of visualization ay naglalabas ng “feel good” chemicals tulad ng endorphins sa iyong body upang umangat ang iyong energy level.

But the best kind of energy booster is “thinking positive”.

When you are looking forward, enthusiasm comes in and it brings a smile in your face.

Power factor!

with air behind it.” – Weezer
