SUMANGYAT KAYA AADYUHIN KO

We were looking at how to connect a clothesline sa rooftop ng aming flat. Taginit na at napakagandang magsampay sa itaas. Isang oras lang ay tuyo na agad.

I accidentally snap the pliers patapon sa bubong na utility room. Agad ko kinuha ang aluminum ladder at akmang aakyat when my friend asked what I am doing.

Sagot ko: “Aadyo lang ako at napabatikal ang plies. Sumangyat sa bubong.”

He replied: “Whaaaatttt? Anong lengguahe ba iyang sinabi mo?”

Can’t forget my childhood. Can’t forget my ways. Can’t forget the language na kinagisnan.

Can’t forget my hometown.

“And I won’t break and I won’t bend. But someday soon we’ll sail away
To innocence and the bitter end. And I won’t break and I won’t bend
And with the last breath we ever take. We’re gonna get back to the simple life again.” – Elton John
